IS Living is looking for a dedicated Assistant Site Manager to join our team!

The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations for two properties with a total of 86 affordable housing apartments including oversight, services and customer service in complete compliance with Rural Development regulation and corporate policy while enhancing the value of the property and ensuring the property is rented to its fullest capacity. The routine use of reliable independent judgement and personal initiative are imperative as is interacting tactfully and courteously with residents, staff, other representatives as well as members of the general public to ensure a welcoming, clean, safe, and affordable living environment. The Site Manager is expected to recognize the value of individual and cultural difference, and create an environment where individual's differences are valued. In this role, the Property Manager ensures the lease, policies, occupancy rules and regulations are followed to maintain compliance with program specific guidelines including Fair Housing regulation and IS Living policy.

Therapeutic Mentor II & III

We are currently recruiting for a number of part-time and on-call Therapeutic Mentor II & III positions with a variety of shifts, that include evening 12 hour shifts and weekends, for a new program. IS Living is a private, non-profit corporation that provides a variety of services to seniors, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and people with brain injury that support the achievement of maximum autonomy as desired in their living, working and social endeavors.

The Therapeutic Mentor II & III positions have a primary responsibility to assist in promoting a physically and emotionally safe living environment for high risk individuals with cognitive processing deficits.

Qualifications include but not limited to 18 years of age or older, successful clearance of local and or state background checks, negative pre-employment and active employment drug screenings, ability to quickly and effectively problem solve individuals' needs and redirecting according to the behavioral support plan. Preference will be given to those with experience working with people who have cognitive processing deficits, brain injury and/or mental health disorders. Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English.

Therapeutic Mentor III Job Description

Compensation: Full benefit package + retirement, pay range of $14.15 - $18.00 per hour, plus generous sign-on bonuses. Part-time shifts, including weekend positions and 12 hour shifts.
