We are currently recruiting for a number of full-time Therapeutic Mentor II & III positions with a variety of shifts for a new program. IS Living is a private, non-profit corporation that provides a variety of services to seniors, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and people with brain injury that support the achievement of maximum autonomy as desired in their living, working and social endeavors.

The Therapeutic Mentor II & III positions have a primary responsibility to assist in promoting a physically and emotionally safe living environment for high risk individuals with cognitive processing deficits.

Qualifications include but not limited to 18 years of age or older, successful clearance of local and or state background checks, negative pre-employment and active employment drug screenings, ability to quickly and effectively problem solve individuals' needs and redirecting according to the behavioral support plan. Preference will be given to those with experience working with people who have cognitive processing deficits, brain injury and/or mental health disorders. Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English.

Therapeutic Mentor III Job Description

Compensation: Full benefit package + retirement, pay range of $14.15 - $18.00 per hour, plus generous sign-on bonuses. Full-time & Part-time shifts, including weekend positions and occasional 12 hour shifts.
